Customers may request a return and refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the order, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Eligible Refund Cases:

  • Product with a manufacturing defect;

  • Product different from description;

  • Order canceled before shipment;

  • Delivery delayed by over 60 business days with no updates.

How it works:

  1. Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for the request.

  2. We’ll evaluate the case and provide instructions.

  3. Approved refunds will be issued via the same payment method used at checkout.

Note:
Refunds are not granted for personal dissatisfaction (e.g., color or size not as expected), unless the product was misrepresented.

Example:
If a customer receives a damaged automatic water dispenser, they can submit a photo and choose between a full refund or a new replacement.
