Customers may request a return and refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the order, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
Eligible Refund Cases:

Order canceled before shipment;

Delivery delayed by over 60 business days with no updates.

Approved refunds will be issued via the same payment method used at checkout.
Note:
Refunds are not granted for personal dissatisfaction (e.g., color or size not as expected), unless the product was misrepresented.
Example:
If a customer receives a damaged automatic water dispenser, they can submit a photo and choose between a full refund or a new replacement.
